The TZV is located right in the Technology Park. This park is the most ambitious business developing project of the region and offers on an area of almost 27 ha a business- and innovation-friendly environment for potential investors.

The Technology Park in Greifswald relies on a campus-like integration of the already existing renowned companies. More than 60 enterprises with more than 2.000 employees are already located here, among others very successful ones like Nokia Siemens Networks, ml&s, Solon Nord GmbH, Litec LLL GmbH, DEN. 

The properties are fully developed and available at very fair conditions. The infrastructure with motorway, roads, railway and nearby port is very attractive. 
The surrounding university, colleges and R&D-institutions are a creative environment for the Technology Park.
